SMS TEXT MESSAGING

We may use SMS text messaging for internal business operations, including job time-entry confirmations, error messages, and invoice-readiness notifications for authorized internal users. This SMS program is not used for marketing, promotions, customer outreach, lead generation, or mass messaging.

We may collect mobile phone numbers and SMS message content from authorized users, including job number, work date, task type, hours worked, and invoice-readiness status. This information is used solely to process internal job time entries, update business records, and send confirmation or error messages related to those entries.

Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out, START to resume, or HELP for assistance.
